When you visit this website
This website has no contact form, analytics scripts, advertising trackers or embedded third-party content. Its pages do not set cookies or use browser storage. Images and styles are served with the site.
The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as your IP address, requested page and time of access, to deliver and secure the website. Provider retention periods and access controls depend on the hosting service in use.
When you email us
We receive your email address and any information you include, such as your name, organisation and project details. We use it to answer your inquiry and, if you ask us to proceed, prepare and deliver our services. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Why we process this information
We use inquiry information to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. Other business correspondence and website security are handled for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Where recordkeeping is legally required, we process information to meet that obligation.
Who can access it
Information is used by CloudNexus and by service providers needed to host the website and handle email. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting engagement. Records that must be retained for legal or administrative purposes are kept for the applicable period.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to restrict its use. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and request a portable copy where that right applies. Email info@cloudnexus.nl and we will assess and respond to your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
